Mr. Narendra Singh MRICS

Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Narendra Singh is an expert in urban development and the Indian Real estate market. He worked as Deputy Commissioner in JDA (Jaipur Development Authority) for six years during his career as a civil servant with the Government. He also worked as Assistant Collector and SDM for five years. After taking voluntary retirement, he is in valuation and real estate business. He earned the membership of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), London in 2017. He has accomplished an advance course in Real Estate Valuations from DREI, Govt. of Dubai.

Dr. Amin Shaikh

Co-Founder & Chief Advisor

Dr. Amin Shaikh is the Founder of ‘The Indian Institution of Valuers’ (IIV- India ) The Institution enlisted with IBA & NHB and IIV India Registered Valuers Foundation, The organisation recognised by IBBI as a Registered Valuers Organisation. He has more than 25 years of experience in the valuation industry. He is the Chairman of several National and International organizations. He is the Founder & Honorary General Secretary of the Confederation of Engineers (CEI). He is also the Managing Director of Valuexpert Association of International Appraisers, The company registered under section 8 of companies act 2013 with Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Govt. of India.

Mr. Aryan Singh

Aryan Singh is the Chief Technology Officer & Director for TensaX Innovation Lab, which an AI Development company developing cutting edge AI and Technology since the last 4 years. Aryan has been coding since age 12 and has studied from the prestigious Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), Boston and Stanford University, California. PropTech has been an area of interest for Aryan and he has been developing ValueHub AVM Automated Valuation Model along with more real estate and valuation related technology.

Dr. Vishu Gupta

Dr. Vishu Gupta is an avid researcher in areas of technology, science and data analytics. With her Bachelor’s and Master’s from the University of Idaho, USA and Doctorate from Malaviya National Institute of Technology Jaipur India, Dr. Gupta also focusses on application of analytics and optimization tools for forecasting and exploring trends in different industry sectors.
